Every January, we say the same thing.
“This is my year.”
“I’m going to be consistent this time.”
“I’m really going to focus on me.”
And we mean it.
We start strong. We set the goals. We buy the planners. And somewhere between Day 30 and real life…we’re still carrying everything — alone.
The Problem Isn’t Consistency — It’s Isolation
Let’s get something straight. You don’t fall off because you don’t care. You fall off because you’re trying to do a life-level change by yourself.
Every January, you’re told: “Just be more disciplined,” “Stay focused,” and “Work Harder.”
But discipline without structure turns into pressure. Focus without support turns into fatigue. And wanting it more doesn’t fix the fact that life keeps… lifing.
Here’s the part nobody says out loud: Most personal growth systems are built for people who can disappear for 90 days.

Sis, this is not a challenge. It’s not a hype sprint. And it’s definitely not “here’s a workbook, good luck and God bless.”
This is a 90-day experience where women come together, on purpose, to support each other through real change.
You are:
1. Guided instead of guessing,
2. Supported instead of pushing alone,
3. Checked in on instead of disappeared on, and
4. Held in sisterhood instead of isolation
as you focus on the parts of your life that actually need your attention right now: mentally, physically, spiritually, personally, and/or financially.
The goal isn’t to fix everything. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is forward movement you can sustain.

Not because you’re broken, but because you’re ready to move differently this year. And you don’t want to do it by yourself.
How the 90-Day Shift Works
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR FOCUS (With the Workbook as Your Guide)
You’ll start with the 90-Day Shift Workbook, which walks you step-by-step through choosing what actually matters right now, deciding which areas you want to focus on, and putting language to what you’re building over the next 90 days
You’ll choose from five areas: Mental · Physical · Spiritual · Personal · Financial
This is about focus, not overwhelm.
STEP 2: JOIN THE COMMUNITY (You’re Not Doing This Alone)
Once you’re in, you’ll join our private community space, this is where the shift actually happens.
Progress is shared. Momentum is built. Honesty is welcome. Women show up for each other.
You’re walking it out in community.
STEP 3: START TOGETHER AT THE KICKOFF
We officially begin with a Live Kickoff Zoom on Saturday, January 3rd, where we'll walk you through how to use the workbook, ground your intentions, and make sure everyone starts with clarity
No scrambling. No guessing. We start together.
STEP 4: FOLLOW THE RHYTHM (So You Don’t Fall Off)
Every week follows a simple, supportive rhythm:

Mondays: a guided email to help you focus and move with intention

Bi-weekly Fridays: live check-ins inside the community (wins, lessons, adjustments)
Plus live Zoom check-ins at: 30 and 60 days, and a 90-day finale celebration!
No judgment. No pressure. Just staying in the work
STEP 5: STAY LONG ENOUGH FOR THE SHIFT TO STICK
This isn’t a motivational sprint. Ninety days gives you the time and space to interrupt old patterns, build new rhythms, adjust when life happens, and actually stabilize change.

Important Dates (So You Know Exactly What to Expect)
Program Start: Thursday, January 1st
This is when your 90 days officially begin and orientation materials are released.
Live Kickoff + Orientation Call: Saturday, January 3rd
We start together, walk through the process, and set the tone for the next 90 days.
Registration Closes: Sunday, January 4th at Midnight
Doors close to ensure everyone receives a full, aligned 90-day experience.
90-Day Finale: Saturday, April 4th
We close this journey together with reflection, celebration, and clarity for what’s next.
This structure allows space for grace at the start — and commitment through the finish.
